Reporting To: Lead Technician
Location: Syracuse, New York & Surrounding Areas - Depending On Job Site
Position Description: This position is responsible for assisting the demolition, installation, preparation, refinishing, and repair of flooring, as well as other duties necessary for flooring techs. You will be traveling to job sites within CNY to perform services with the Lead Tech. This is an entry level position for anyone who would like to learn the flooring trade and gain construction experience. No prior experience is necessary as onsite training will be provided.

Job Responsibilities: On-Site Training Provided

Travel to job sites within Central New York to perform flooring services including but not limited to: installation, demolition, refinishing, repairs, etc.
Prep job sites for floor services and ensure post-job completion cleanup.
Assist with demolition and installation of various floor types including but not limited to hardwood, vinyl, tile, and more.
Load and unload equipment, tools, and materials.
Support supervisor with coordination and completion of projects.
Perform general construction duties as required.
Manage inventory of tools on the work van and in the shop.
